Xuanyi Guo is a visual artist and illustrator based in Maryland, USA. With a master’s degree in design .Her practice spans children’s picture books, editorial illustration, and conceptual narratives.
Her works explore themes of resilience, identity, and contemporary human experience, blending symbolic imagery with emotionally charged storytelling. She has published bilingual children’s books, including No Worries and I Am a Good Kid, distributed in China with editions for international readers.
Xuanyi’s illustrations have received international recognition, such as the Gold Award at the New York International Illustration Masters Competition (2024) and the Merit Award at iJungle Illustration Awards (2024). Her works have been exhibited at the Louvre Modern Art Exhibition (France), Florence International Annual Art Exhibition, and selected for competitions including WIA and CIB9.
Beyond her personal practice, she is an experienced art educator, guiding students to win awards in global competitions and helping young artists develop creative confidence.
